The after-dinner entertainment was a lot of fun each night, and we had a great week at Sunsol Isla Caribe in September 2025. There was plenty of food to choose from, though as someone from Trinidad who’s used to stronger flavors, I needed a little time to adjust to the lighter seasoning 😅. The Wi-Fi only worked outside our room, too. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and professional. English was limited, so we sometimes relied on Google Translate, but one waiter even tried teaching us Spanish phrases. By the end of the week, we’d picked up a few words ourselves.

The air barely came through because my ducts were so dirty. After they were cleaned, the air felt fresher and purer.

Getting around was easy from Sunsol Isla Caribe, with the city center and major attractions close by. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also thought the breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It’s a comfortable, convenient choice for travelers.

The view was really beautiful, which was a good point. Service felt ordinary, nothing special or out of the ordinary. When I arrived, they seemed more interested in other people, even though I was paying for four days. I’ll be going to the island soon, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere else.
