Laguna BY LD Hoteles

The food and the people working at Laguna were my favorite parts. The chef is talented and helpful, and they found great alternatives for food sensitivities, whether allergies or religious needs. I’ll always remember the chocolate tart. The staff are young, energetic, kind, and always smiling while helping to sort things out. Laguna is on a beautiful street near the sea. The building’s architecture and color make for lovely photos, and it’s very clean and feels safe. The rooms are spacious enough to enjoy. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful staff and a really excellent stay.

The food was a highlight of my evenings: the chef and team made exquisite dishes. The Cayo excursions were also excellent, with everything I needed for a great day out. I was traveling alone, and the whole LD team made the trip feel special and helped me feel welcome and cared for. María deserves special thanks for arranging my reservation. Even with little notice to get my passes, she coordinated with the travel agency and worked hard to find flight times I preferred. Once it was confirmed, José, the hotel manager, stayed attentive to what I needed from the first day. John greeted me on arrival with kindness and professionalism, and the welcome team made me feel like family as soon as I walked in. Thanks to everyone at Laguna by LD in Los Roques for such a memorable solo trip. Highly recommended!
