The beach is beautiful and the food was good, but for the price I expected better. We stayed in a bungalow. It was clean, though one day after the pool the sink fell apart, and it took two hours for someone to come clean it up. Another time we went three days without towels, then waited an hour after asking before staff brought them. Internet is supposedly everywhere, but we couldn't get connected and had to go to the lobby or near the pool. The hotel felt a bit average and left me disappointed.

The beach is beautiful, the food is great, especially Asian Tuesday, and the staff are good. Everything was clean and nice, and they take care of you. I'm very satisfied.

This hotel may suit you if you don't drink alcohol on vacation, prefer ordering food from a cafe for delivery, and don't need entertainment. At the bar, I only wanted a beer, but was told there wasn't any and offered rum instead. When you come for lunch or dinner, you may find there's nothing to eat, with very few options, or really none at all.

I stayed at the Eden Club, where the staff were friendly and helpful. They did their best to understand our English and accommodate my vegetarian diet, with no meat, fish, or eggs, but there were very few options for an international hotel. One lunch took up to an hour, and we also found bits of sausage in the rice. The hot and cold shower settings work opposite to the instructions, and by day four I still hadn't received a second robe. The staff's willingness to help is what saved this review.
