I spent many vacations here and had a great time. There were three restaurants, four pools, a beach, and a theatre. I don't know if it's still open.

The staff are friendly, and the food is nice. The fresh passion food stood out to me because it tasted great. Right by the beach, this is a lovely place to relax and set out on excursions.

It's a clean place with a great pool and activities, and the employees are super nice and helpful. I can't complain about them, but there was no security on site. A lot of what they offer is missing: only one restaurant was open, serving all meals and snacks, while the others looked abandoned. We couldn't reserve any of the closed restaurants. Drinks were limited to national beer, rum, vodka, and cocktails made with vodka or rum and grapefruit or soda. The food wasn't bad, but I didn't see traditional Venezuelan dishes.

It's a quiet, beautiful hotel with kind people and good prices and facilities. The food and drinks service, though, really isn't as good as at other Caribbean places.
