The pool was out of service for 4 of our 7 days, and we had trouble with the penthouse, some of which was still unresolved when we left. Getting guests up to visit was difficult, the supervisor didn’t seem very interested, and the lifts were out for 2 nights when there was no reception. Even getting water was a problem. I had so many complaints about the hotel’s service that I left disgusted.
