The service was courteous and staff were attentive to requests. Henri, one of the managers, deserves a special mention for being especially attentive. The location is convenient for shopping and getting to the beach club, and from outside the hotel looks pleasing. Our room, 808, had a foul bathroom smell when we arrived, although it looked fine otherwise. The shower door creaked loudly, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower head began leaking and had to be replaced during our stay. It seems like the hotel has old plumbing that's been given a facelift. We were on an all-inclusive package, but the drinks menu was very limited and the bartenders were inconsistent. Breakfast was good, while lunch and dinner options were limited and some dishes weren't very tasty. There wasn't any entertainment or activities. The hotel also unexpectedly closed beach club access for a private event, and the pool closing at 6 pm left a lot to be desired. I rate the stay 2/5, and that's a generous score because the grounds were clean and the staff were good.

The hotel is modern, bright, and beautiful, and everyone was smiling and really helpful. The rooms were nice, though the pillows were hard and lumpy. When I first went into my 8th-floor room, there was a bad bathroom smell, but it eventually went away. I was a bit disappointed that the room only had cable TV, with no streaming option. Still, watching those old 80s shows and series was fun. There's always a bright side, right? ✨😊

I stayed six nights over New Year's, and it felt like I'd wasted my money. The toilet in my tiny room was leaking and soaking the whole bathroom, so I had to use a towel. I told them about it, but they didn't seem to care and kept pushing me to upgrade to a much more expensive room. As a foreigner, I found their behavior disgusting. The staff spoke very little English, if any. The room needed some TLC, and the standard was very poor. I've traveled all over the world and couldn't get a chance to speak with higher management to offer them some advice. You're paying a lot for a nice pool and gym, but the room experience was terrible. This was my second stay. The previous one was better, but things have gone downhill, and I wouldn't stay here again. I'd rate it as a one-star hotel, and the rooms aren't brilliant.

I visited July 18-21, 2024, and stayed in a Junior Single Suite. It was my first visit, and I'd definitely recommend the place. From arrival to departure, all the staff were outstanding. Special thanks to JOBANI, SERGIO, RAMON AND MARCO for their service, especially the fruit punch they made. They were well dressed, welcoming, and quick to help. The staff were one of the best things about the hotel. I only ate vegetarian food, which they had to make for me. The menu dishes looked appealing, and colleagues who tried them said they were very good, though they could use a little more salt and seasoning. Portions were good and the food was served at a good temperature. I had non-alcoholic drinks, and the staff made some amazing ones. Colleagues who had alcohol said those drinks were well mixed and full of flavor. The surroundings and the view from the room were amazing, as were the locals. Some of the most beautiful women you'll see 😁. I've uploaded photos of the hotel and beach club to show the surroundings. I'll definitely be back.
