The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the whole complex is kept up well. It has round-the-clock security, plus covered parking that's well lit and monitored by CCTV, which is a luxury on the island. There's a huge lobby with marble floors, comfortable seats, and WiFi, and help is only a phone call away. The ocean views are breathtaking, and these are among the island's best luxury condos. The neighborhood is generally quiet and feels very safe, with the best shopping malls nearby.

The location is a big plus, about three minutes by car from upscale La Vela Mall and three minutes from the beach. The units come in 2, 4, or 6 bedrooms, and everything is generally well maintained. There's private security around the clock and CCTV, along with a beautiful lobby, a huge spotless pool, and stunning ocean views. In my opinion, it's one of the island's best condos if you want a peaceful, calm place with a good location and ocean views.

It's one of the best-kept residential condos on the beachfront in the area known as Bella Vista Beach (Bay of Guaraguao). The surrounding scenery has declined a lot, but you can still go to the beach. There are businesses nearby, including a bakery and restaurants, and it's about 1 km from Santiago Mariño avenue and Caracola Beach.
