The rooms and location are excellent, but the experience as a whole was only two stars for me. The food wasn’t great, service was pretty standard, and breakfast was a nightmare because black birds kept stealing food. There’s no flexibility, and every special request costs extra. There are cheaper, better options further down the beach. If you’re into all-inclusive resort life, this might suit you, but the vibe didn’t feel right for this place.

The staff made the stay especially comfortable. Everyone seemed to work as a team and treated guests well. The hotel itself has nice facilities, including the rooms, pool, bar, and restaurants, with good drinks and delicious food. Water is available on a schedule because of pressure problems, which can be an issue sometimes.
