Eurobuilding Tama San Cristobal

The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was great. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is huge, and the hotel has a local feel. A fabulous experience all around.

It felt like being whisked somewhere else. What a beautiful spot, with all sorts of facilities: a fantastic pool, casino, paddle tennis courts, restaurants, ice cream shops, a bar, and several little shops. Highly recommend it!

Great location and impressive facilities, but the service is awful. Nobody at the hotel takes ownership of complaints, and there's no suggestion book. The staff badly need better training.

I was impressed by the room and the facilities when we arrived, but that feeling didn't even last a day. At 8 am, we were woken by cleaners banging on doors and letting the doors of rooms they were working in slam, as if they didn't care that guests were asleep. Then came hammering, like we were staying in a hotel under renovation. Reception told me construction was happening in one of the spaces the hotel rents out. It went on for over an hour, until the manager came and asked the workers to stop until 12 pm, the permitted time for loud noise. I'm grateful to Mr. Oscar, the manager, for stepping in. Breakfast was at the new restaurant. The buffet was acceptable, but not five-star. The restaurant could, I estimate, seat up to 250 people at breakfast, yet there was only one coffee machine. The coffee was weak and came out slowly. Coffee machines are usually slow, which is why even four-star hotels have three or four to keep guests from queuing and starting the day badly. The hotel has enormous potential.
