The location right on the boardwalk worked perfectly for us, with plenty of restaurants close by. We liked Brewery STX, about a 3-minute walk, for its Brussels sprouts, burgers, and reasonable prices. Rouge, around four minutes away, was our favorite cafe. The pool was awesome and open day and night. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge and microwave were a decent size. Ms. Hillarine Joseph really made our stay. A family member has sensitivities, and the room we were first assigned wasn't suitable. She reassured us and helped us find one that worked beautifully. After we asked, she also got us extra pillows. She was very kind to our neurodiverse son and had wonderful customer service skills. Mr. John helped us find parking, and Carmen was so friendly. Onawa and Sandy were kind and helpful too. Highly recommend!

The noise was the biggest problem. Doors slammed in the morning, and loud music carried on until the early hours. The boardwalk could also be rough at times, with the smell of weed and other things. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hillarine was terrific, as were the women at the front desk and in housekeeping. The pool area was nice, and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The location seems good, maybe great for Christiansted, though I didn't see all of the island.

The room was clean, the pool area was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was excellent. We were there in December 2025. Sleep was hard to come by, though. Our room was 221, right by the housekeeping supply room. From around 7am, that door kept slamming as staff went in and out. The maintenance room door at the bottom of the stairs near us also started banging early each morning, and the sound echoed up the stairwell. With both doors constantly slamming, we couldn't sleep in, which was especially frustrating on vacation. One day our room wasn't cleaned either, which seemed odd. We had a great time in St. Croix, but the noise was too much, and I wouldn't pick this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right on the boardwalk, just a few minutes' walk from bars and restaurants. Fantastic location.
