The sunsets were gorgeous, and we had a great time. Our third-floor unit meant taking the stairs, which was fine for us, though ground-floor units are an option. The kitchen was well stocked, and the fresh water jugs were much appreciated. There’s beach access right across the street, and the snorkeling on this side of the island is lovely. One of the best spots is off the Pier, close to Bananaquit House. We’d love to come back.

I photographed the property for its current owner, Tim, and for Corrine King and Kali Ousley with Coldwell Banker. The location feels private, with gorgeous West End Beaches nearby and Frederiksted easy to reach. There are several units, each with its own style. If you get the chance to stay here, I’d recommend it.

A week here could be just the reset you need when everyday life is wearing you down. It’s peaceful, a place to clear your head and feel at ease. You might even find yourself wanting to return someday and spend the rest of your days here.
