Hotel Caravelle St. Croix

The pool area was pleasant, and the staff kept it clean. The team was friendly and helpful, especially Hillarine and the women at reception and housekeeping. The location seems great for Christiansted, though I didn’t get to see the whole island. The boardwalk can smell of weed sometimes, and noise was a problem, from doors slamming in the morning to loud music late into the night.

We visited St. Croix in December 2025 and had a good time there, but the noise at this hotel would keep me from booking again. Both the housekeeping supply room outside Room 221 and the maintenance room at the bottom of the nearby stairs had doors that slammed repeatedly from around 7 a.m. Their banging echoed through the stairwell and made sleeping in impossible, which was especially frustrating on vacation. Our room also went uncleaned one day. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, though, and the room was clean otherwise. We liked the pool, and the location was excellent.

Ms.Hillary was the best! She was so kind to my friends and me throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile whenever we crossed paths. The housekeeping staff were great too, and I had a really good time at the hotel.

My daughter and I felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the front desk helped us with everything. Everyone on staff was great. There’s plenty to do nearby, including watersports, shopping, and dining.
