Reef Madness was our favorite villa, not only on St John but of any we've stayed in anywhere. We've rented several villas on St John, and all were great. There was an issue with the main bedroom AC that was outside their control, and they handled it as well as they could. Communication with the team was great, and we couldn't have been happier with the house overall. When we book our next St John trip, we'll only be looking at Antares properties.

The house was comfortable, wonderful, and well equipped, with spectacular views from both the house and pool. Getting up the road and driveway the first time is quite an event. A host met us and we followed her up. After a couple of trips, the route got easy. We didn't have a 4wd vehicle, so I put the car in L gear and it was fine. We spent a week at Reef Madness and had an awesome stay.

We got in late last night, and Kathleen met us, took us to the villa, and showed us around. It's gorgeous, and it has everything you can think of. The sunrise views this morning were incredible. The photos don't do the place justice, and we couldn't ask for more.

This private villa has incredible views over coral bay and could work well for a honeymoon or a family. It is pretty remote, though, with no cell service. The Wi-Fi EXT barely works.
