The open space and prime location make this a suitable spot in BRVT for medium-sized events. One suggestion: add an industrial fan outside the restroom area to clear odors and help the floor dry faster.

The room has a great view, but its window is so small that I felt cramped. With a large window or a balcony, it would have been perfect given the beautiful location. It’s a shame that less attention seems to go to the rental rooms, since the ground floor is used for conferences and wedding receptions. From outside, it looks like a large hotel in Ba Ria, Vung Tau, yet it’s only rated 1 star. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, maybe because it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and the TV was practically for show, with very poor quality. I hope the investor takes another look at these details. I think it deserves a 3-star rating if they do.
