Vinhomes Sky Park Bac Giang by QMP

The lake view is lovely, and looking outside on a nice day helps clear my head. Wynn Mart on the first floor and a nearby Korean grocery store make shopping easy. There are plenty of built-in cupboards and furniture for clothes and accessories, and the kitchen is roomy. With few residents at first, I never had to wait for the elevator. That has changed as more people have moved in, and renovation work brings hammering and drilling in the morning and evening. People making that much noise have awful manners, especially apartment 2307, that total jerk! Hey, Bldg 2307, stop dragging your chair around and go to sleep after midnight. The worst part is the sound from upstairs. It may be a Vinhomes issue, but if you get an inconsiderate neighbor, the noise between floors is terrible, like opening a hellgate. I'm dealing with that right now. The nearby train station doesn't help. Sometimes trains blast their horns incredibly loudly at 10 PM or 4 AM, and I often wake up. Hot water takes about 2 to 3 minutes to come through. The balcony has single-pane windows with gaps that don't fit properly, so wind and noise get in and it turns cold in winter. The elevator card key often fails to register, and the face recognition unit is set so low that I have to bend over and stick my face right in every time. Very inconvenient. At first the downsides stressed me out badly, though maybe people adapt, because now I can just about bear them. Vinhomes isn't really my preference, and the materials didn't seem very durable. I wouldn't buy a Vinhome. I can see they know how to choose a good location, though. Setting everything else aside, living here isn't too bad if you don't have noise between floors. But that's the biggest problem in a multi-unit building. If noise is your main concern, I absolutely, absolutely don't recommend it.

It's a peaceful, airy home with a lovely view, and everything you need is right downstairs. I really like living here. The place feels high-class, luxurious, and polite, better than a five-star hotel.

A beautiful apartment with lots of amenities and a high level of security and safety 💯

The soundproofing isn't good. During the day, renovation work in the room next door is noisy, and every night young people gather and play below, making loud drum and gong sounds. I live on a very high floor and can still hear it. It's really noisy and inconvenient for families with newborn babies.
