10/10
The rooms were spotless and well kept, and the whole property felt elegant and relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help with a smile throughout my stay at the Grand Phoenix Hotel. The front desk and housekeeping teams helped make everything comfortable, and the care in the little details made the experience feel luxurious. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it for a memorable, stress-free getaway.

Miss Giang was especially helpful when I needed to rearrange my room. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Bac Ninh.

The room was clean and really spacious for the price. The location is great too, close to plenty of places, including restaurants and the shopping area.

8/10
The location is hard to beat, with lots of restaurants and a bakery nearby. The lobby was immaculate, the service was great, and they offered me tea there, a lovely gesture even though it wasn't always hot. My room wasn't as clean as I expected: the toilet top was dusty, the sides were grimy, and the furniture needed dusting. Aside from that, everything was nice. Best hotel in town, hands down.

The service from Giang was attentive, and she handled my requests well. The room felt a little dated, though. The door alarm was faulty, and the shower made noise when the water came out. Everything else was good and had a classic feel.
