I stayed one night, then found somewhere much cleaner across the road. This place was filthy, from the walls and dorms to the bathrooms and kitchen, and all of it needs a deep clean. There was no hand soap in any bathroom, and no hooks for hanging clothes or towels. The staff weren't very friendly, the Wi-Fi was very slow, and there were apparently cats tied to a door in the kitchen, with hardly any room to move. Disgusting. Is it really so hard to hire a cleaner and keep things clean? How much are guests expected to pay per night before they get hand soap? Body wash and shampoo don't kill germs.

Be careful with your belongings. Some of my items went missing, and when I told the staff, they said lockers were available but offered no other help, even though there are cameras. Several other guests also told me they'd had things go missing or be stolen.

A comfortable hostel with friendly management. They take care of everything and keep the place clean around the clock. They work hard for us and treat every traveler with respect. I've never had a problem there.

Great value for solo travelers, with an ideal location where you can walk to all the main hubs. Phuong and Dinh are laid-back, relaxed hosts. I had a great stay!

I know the price is low, but the room still needs to be cleaned at least once a week. There were nicotine patches under the bed. I told the front desk, and she laughed it off without doing anything.
