For a three-star hotel, the room and facilities are very good, and the location is convenient. Breakfast is quite basic, with few choices, though there are good places to eat nearby within walking distance.

The location is tucked away and opposite a construction site, so there's some noise. The room was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was okay, with food suited to Korean tastes and style.

I was told I couldn't stay because I'm a foreigner, and the female manager was very rude about it. This happened at a hotel that was empty when I arrived, despite the government's warning against discriminating against foreign guests. The place wasn't clean anyway. For $20 more, you can get a beautiful room at Grand Pheonix Hotel across the street, where the customer service is good. Don't waste your time here.

The price is mid-range for a room for two, and washing clothes was free. It's quite clean and new, so it should suit business travel or anyone wanting to explore Bac Ninh province.
