Lucky Phoenix Hotel & Apartment

I tried it once and was very happy. The apartment was reasonably priced and very clean, and the facilities are well managed. It also feels welcoming to Chinese guests.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff were enthusiastic, and the room's furniture was very beautiful and new. It's a great hotel.

The cleaning staff took our shoes and didn't even seem bothered, let alone apologize or offer compensation. That was too much. We paid 900k per room per night, stayed four nights across three rooms, and the total was over 10 million VND, yet they insisted on immediate payment when we booked, as if they thought we might default. When we asked for an invoice, they acted like they were doing us a favor. They finalized the information, said it was the weekend, and we patiently waited for the receptionist and accountant. At the start of the week they still couldn't issue it. It felt like, whether we could wait or not, we just had to wait. A big hotel that takes customers' money but loses small things like this is too much. Even if you gave me gold, nobody would dare stay there again.

The receptionists seemed like they didn't care about customers, and the pricing was all over the place. A disappointing stay.
