Breakfast was bad, with no choices.

The price was affordable, and the service was acceptable, but the room facilities were poorly maintained. The blankets were a little dirty and breakfast was quite cold. Room upkeep and hygiene management could be improved.

The staff or housekeepers had a bad attitude and weren't helpful.

The rooms are fine, but conversations late at night carry through because the soundproofing is poor. I took off one point for that. In Bac Ninh, rooms fill up easily, so you need to book at least 24 hours ahead.

It's very convenient, close to the Chinese street. The front desk staff were really friendly and considerate. As for the rooms, the deluxe room is fine. I'm not interested in the others. 😝
