The rooms are spacious, though there were mosquitoes 😖. It's on a street lined with restaurants and makes getting around Bac Ninh province easy. The restaurant includes free laundry service, and the buffet breakfast is reasonably priced, with soup noodles, meat, vegetables, and fruit.

The system has several hotels, but the night shift reception service is poor quality and disrespectful to guests. You may hear, "I will continue to serve you until I am done," repeated twice.
