Hao, Chloe, Anna and Thao made the stay especially enjoyable with warm, attentive, professional service. The room at Amira Hotel in Bac Ninh was spacious, spotless, and smelled lovely, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. I had an excellent experience and give the hotel my highest score. I highly recommend it.

Living in Vietnam as a Westerner, it's nice to come across a good place to stay. The staff were amazing, everything was very clean, and the price was fair. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel is in a good part of the city, near the markets. Rosie and Kevin at reception were accommodating and gave excellent service. It's a great place to stay.
