This old mini hotel wasn’t worth the price. The room was dirty and old, and the service was just okay.

The best thing here was being near good food and a pleasant Park. For Bao Loc, it wasn’t bad, but compared with anywhere else in Vietnam it felt overpriced and overrated. Most things were too small, from the bed and stairs to the uncomfortably tight bathroom. Cheap Windows let in all the noise, and the city has plenty of third rate motorcycles and other vehicles. Wi-Fi was pretty poor, and they accepted credit cards reluctantly. It just wasn’t very wonderful.

There isn’t much you can do with the TV in the room. Both it and the air conditioning give off a bright white light.

Our room was clean and quite comfortable, and the hotel took care of our motorbike. The location was okay, too. It looks new and modern, though the finishing touches were terrible or just not done. Check-out was a poor experience: the receptionist spoke no English and didn’t know how to charge a credit card. After a couple of failed tries and losing 20min, we went to an ATM and paid cash.

There’s plenty of local food nearby, though not much else to do in the area. We stayed a few nights while bicycling through and found it a nice stopover, with wonderful service. The accommodations were peaceful and clean, with a nice view over the park.
