Tea Resort

The place is very large, but you can get around on foot or use the buggy they provide. My room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. The restaurant served good food, though it was quite crowded during our stay. The music was very loud early in the morning and kept playing through the day, so it may not be as quiet as you’d hope at a resort. The spa service was mediocre, but the staff were very friendly.

We didn’t stay at the resort, just came to look at the activities. There wasn’t much to do. Most things revolved around swimming in the pool or artificial beach, which felt cold all day in Bao Loc’s 22-27 Celsius weather. They also switch off the wave at noon, so you can only get the full experience in the morning or afternoon, when it’s a bit colder. They present it as a luxury resort, but it doesn’t feel there yet. A lot of the decor looks like cheap imitations. Some of the rocks seem to be painted over, and the bronze statues have only a thin bronze layer that eventually wears off and shows an ugly color underneath. There really aren’t many activities. The staff seemed nice and accommodating at first, but that wasn’t how it felt in practice. We’ve stayed at many resorts and could quickly tell this one felt fake. Good service has to be demonstrated, and here it seemed like they were only pretending. The ticket felt expensive given how little there is to do, and wasn’t worth paying for. Staying there definitely wouldn’t be worth it. For that price, you could travel a bit farther for a better option, a better atmosphere, and real Bao Loc nature.

This place is a ripoff. You pay for service, but they don’t provide it and then ask for more money. Don’t ever come here!

Wow, what a gorgeous and breathtaking place. Everything was amazing, and the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and always went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely come back here or visit one of their other locations around Vietnam. Superb!
