SunFlower 2 Hotel

I slept well thanks to the tidy, relaxing room and the quiet nights. The location was convenient whether visiting as a tourist or for business. From arrival through check-out, the staff were kind and helpful, assisting with transport and local recommendations and greeting guests with a smile. Sunflower 2 Hotel made my time in Đà Nẵng more enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

I especially appreciated how peaceful it was and how helpful the staff were. The room had everything I needed and was cleaned daily. There are plenty of cafes and local restaurants nearby, too. From my first day at Sunflower 2 Hotel, the staff made me feel welcome, greeting me around the lobby with patience, politeness, and smiles. They helped make the trip more enjoyable.

The reception team was helpful when I needed suggestions for food and transport, and the staff were friendly every day and did their best to assist guests. Sunflower 2 Hotel was simple, clean, and well organized. I found the room comfortable for sleeping after long days exploring Da Nang. For the price, it’s good value, and I’d happily stay again on a future visit.

I was glad to be outside, since I didn’t want to spend time in the room. After we complained about the smell, we were allowed to move the next day, but the replacement wasn’t much better. Its window was glued shut and wouldn’t open; there were dirty walls, a few blood stains on the sheets, and mold in the bathroom, hair dryer, and bidet. We’d arrived spontaneously at night and found the first room in terrible shape. It smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol, had mold on the walls, black dirt in the AC, which sounded like a construction site, and a dirty bathroom. I had to keep my shoes on because I was so disgusted. The staff could barely speak English, which was a little disappointing. This isn’t an attack on the staff, but in my view the hotel’s condition was inhumane. I don’t know what standards they have here or where the other reviews come from. I wouldn’t recommend it.
