Little Riverside. A Luxury Hotel & Spa

The rooftop pool and gym were great, and having free bikes made it easy to explore nearby. The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the rooms were a very good standard. Staff made the visit pleasant from the welcome through our last day. Little Riverside Hotel is well placed, quiet enough, and still close to the Old Town, about a 20-minute walk. We really enjoyed staying here 😊

The spa was outstanding. During my six nights, I had five wonderful massages and facials, and Cherry and the other therapists were so good at what they do. Jenny, the manager, also organized the Christmas events beautifully, and the atmosphere was fun and infectious. Aimee welcomed us so warmly when we arrived and looked after us throughout our stay. Her attitude, energy, and smile were wonderful, and she's a real asset to the hotel. The whole team was brilliant. The Little Riverside is perfectly placed by the river, close enough to walk to the tailors, restaurants, bars, river boats, bridges, and taxis, then come back to a peaceful hotel. Our room was spotless, with a really large comfy bed, a huge bath, a great shower, and fluffy towels. Housekeeping did a superb job. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including breads, croissants, jams, meats, bacon, tomatoes, Vietnamese hot and cold dishes, sushi, and great coffee. There was also a chef station for eggs and omelettes. If I'm ever back in Hoi An, I'll stay here again, if only to see Aimee and the team. Well done everyone! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

After long days walking around Hoi An, we really enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely river view, and everything was clean. The hotel itself is beautiful and calm, close to the old town but quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and the staff were warm and always happy to help. My wife and I had a great stay and would happily come back. A charming choice for couples or anyone wanting a comfortable base in Hoi An.

The rooftop pool has a lovely panoramic river view, especially around sunset, and the market is just a 5-minute walk away. The Old Town is close too. We found the rooms beautiful and clean, and the restaurant and bar were reasonably priced for food, coffee, and alcohol. Happy hour was a nice extra. What made the stay especially personal was the team. Aimee at reception remembered everyone in our family by name and helped with everything from tickets and scooter rentals to suggestions for local trips. She really cared that we were happy. The General Manager also came by the breakfast area each morning to chat with guests, hear feedback, and offer help. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Our only suggestions are to improve the air conditioning in the main lobby and spa. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.
