Cicilia Hotels & Spa Danang

I don’t recommend Cicilia hotel & spa. The location was good, and I appreciated that guest relations followed up after my initial review. The room had dim lighting, and one of the hair dryers didn’t work. There were only 2 elevators for the whole building, so we had to let 3 full lifts go by when coming down. With 2 big bags and 2 small ones, there wasn’t enough room to open our luggage and move around at the same time. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower over it, but no separate shower area or curtain, so water splashed and leaked all over. At checkout we had a rude experience, with staff trying to charge us for expenses that weren’t real. They also charged us for an opened minibar bottle that none of us had opened. We hadn’t even gone into the minibar, and no water had been drunk from the bottle. Why would we open it and not drink it?

The hotel has a lovely partial sea view, and there are decent vegan and vegetarian options. The staff are courteous, always smiling, and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to Indians based on its location. HA, what very good people and good service.

The staff really made our stay special at Cicilia. Everyone greeted us with smiles, and we felt welcome right away. Check-in came with a nice cool drink before we were shown to our huge, spotless Junior suite. The housekeeping team worked tirelessly. Our sea view was blocked by a building under construction, but the hotel kindly gave us vnd 200 credit, which we used at the spa. The treatments at Minn Spa were amazing and very good value. Breakfast had a massive spread and lots of choices. We were in da nang for only 2 nights and spent most of the time sightseeing, so we didn’t use the gym or pool. Lily was really sweet at checkout, getting us out quickly and offering every help, including keeping our luggage safe for the 2 hours before we headed back to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cindy was especially helpful throughout our visit, and the hotel even included a complimentary 30-minute foot massage that my wife absolutely enjoyed. We checked out today after a wonderful 4-night stay at Cicilia Danang Hotel & Spa, from April 8th - 12th. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, all the arrangements were spot on, and the whole staff was lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!
