Bcons PS Hotel & Apartment

The highway nearby is busy and very noisy, and rooms start at 900k a night, so it’s expensive. They also wouldn’t let my pet dog stay indoors and wanted the dog to sleep outside. That wasn’t acceptable, so we left for another hotel that welcomed the dog.

I only stayed here to make getting to Amazing Bay easier, since there isn’t much to do in Dong Nai. I expected better from the BCONS group, and three stars feels generous. The breakfast was horrible. The water jug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while, with grit floating in it and sludge at the bottom. There were cigarette butts on the pool floor, too. When I opened the room window, a horrible smell like a human landfill spread through the room.

The rooftop was fantastic, and the room was comfortable even though it felt very hot outside in the corridor. Laundry service was poor. They just washed the clothes and rolled them back into the bag without ironing, so they were quite a mess to wear.

Communication here is terrible. The staff barely speak English or Chinese, especially the night receptionist, who would rather watch YouTube than talk with customers.
