Bonita Signature Hotel

We got to the hotel around midnight, but staff kept banging on the door until 3am, as if nobody was in the next room. The room was beside a storage area, which made an already bad stay worse. The place is near tourist spots, though it was loud all day, and check-in was strictly at 2pm. The receptionist first asked us for an extra 500,000 Dong. When we complained, she said it was a mistake and that we could pay the original booking price. The room itself was ordinary, with a soft bed but a mattress that looked dirty. We got two small pillows and one extra small one, and the slippers looked like they had been worn a thousand times. For the price, this isn't worth it or suitable for a vacation. Honestly, the hotel could do better.

The noise outside made sleeping before 2am out of the question. Inside, the room didn't seem to have been properly wiped down in months. I shifted the fridge a little and found a patch of dust that looked ancient. I was afraid to check under the bed. There was nowhere to put luggage, and although the room was large, the extravagant layout put the bath plokend tight in the middle and left little room to move. There's no extractor, so the room gets humid after a shower and smells moldy. Without a glass shower separator, water splashes onto the sink, towels, shoes, walls, and pretty much everywhere. The AC remote was locked, so I couldn't change the settings; it seemed stuck on high fan and kept me awake. This is a rundown motel, and I wouldn't recommend staying longer than one night.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, especially coffee shops, and it was clean and quiet. The location was okay too. I just didn't like having no outside view from my room. It felt like I couldn't breathe in there. 😊😊😊

The room was fairly clean and a decent price, and the front desk service was good. The location is great too. But the hot tub leaked even with the stopper pressed all the way down, and you could hear the water escaping. The faucet in the middle of the tub also sprayed and leaked in every direction. I booked expecting a working hot tub and a bubble bath with my girlfriend, like the online listing showed. Please get it working properly. The door says 7th heaven, but there was nothing heavenly about all the problems. I know renovations are happening, but don't sell a room full of hopes and dreams. There were discrepancies all over, and whoever maintains the building isn't doing the job. The elevator felt like something from a Final Destination movie, if you've seen it, you know. You can have things fast, cheap, or quality: fast and cheap won't be quality, cheap and quality won't be fast, and fast and quality won't be cheap. I'm fairly disappointed.
