The location is convenient, but I’d never recommend this place. The room felt dated, and the walls and floor were extremely dirty. As soon as the shower wet the floor, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, and the balcony door was broken. A payment issue also turned into a complete disaster.

Service was great, and the breakfast buffet did the job in the morning. The hotel is in a very central, convenient spot, though it still needs more upgrading. The plants and ivy on the balconies attract ants, so you can’t use them without dealing with ants.

I spent a week here and loved it. There’s a lot around the hotel, and the area gets lovely in the evening. My room was huge and comfortable, with views over the park and city. I got free breakfast and showed the staff that the eggs shouldn’t be fried so much. The hotel also makes an effort to help English-speaking foreigners. Well worth it.

It’s right in the center of Ban Me Thuot City, but some staff aren’t very professional and room service is below average. I’d only stay here if I had no choice.

There was hair all over the floor, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. The room was really dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again even if they paid me.
