The breakfast wasn’t good, and the hotel wouldn’t let me iron my clothes. Instead, they charge way too much to iron a single item.

Lunch service was bad, and the management and order taking were very poor.

The security guard was rude and uncultured, and behaved like a bad person despite his age. People his age should be treated with respect, but not this guard. He pays 20k/day for parking, yet acts like a beggar. If he wants to keep someone, he lets them stay. If not, he fires them. He also curses. When a place hires people like that, you know what kind of place it is. He works as a parking attendant and thinks of other people as their fathers.

The business practices were dishonest, and the food hygiene was unsafe.
