The hot water never ran out, and the aircon was adequate. The beds were soft, too. There are lots of excellent places to eat down the street, along with trang Nguyen legend's flagship cafe. I'd stay again.

The top floor has a lovely city view and is a relaxing place to enjoy the scenery. Lys Hotel is also well located, near cafés, restaurants, and the city center. I had a great stay here in Buon Ma Thuot. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, just right after a long day exploring the city. The staff were warm, always smiling, and helpful with anything I needed. I like that Vietnamese celebrities trust the hotel, which says a lot about its quality and reputation. It was a great experience and good value for money. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Buon Ma Thuot.

I feel very welcome here. I’m a foreign teacher living in Buon Ma Thuot, and I’ve stayed long-term at this hotel twice. The first stay was around 3 months, and I’m living here again now, probably for another month. The staff are kind, try to speak English, and are very understanding about payment. They also clean the room regularly. I highly recommend the hotel.
