The rooms are comfortable, though small, and the team running the place was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a fairly modest selection that stayed the same each day. My TV kept freezing every day and had to be reset by a technician. There was no coffee or tea in the room, or electric jug to boil water. The location is a little unusual, above a financial institution, with only a small floor-standing sign saying “Tru by Hilton”. Quite a few public hire drivers didn't know where the building was. One morning, a school next door had a big racket for an event at 7am, which woke me up.
10/10
The buffet was actually really good, with a decent selection, and the rooms were clean with good service. The location is central-ish, so I could walk everywhere. My one change would be stronger shower pressure, since it was a little weak. Great experience for the price.
10/10
The rooms are small but packed with useful amenities, and the hotel feels modern and comfortable. I had the best bed I've experienced in Viet Nam. Breakfast was a bit simple, but good quality, and the location was good.
10/10
I spent two nights here. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and pleasant, especially Uyen, who was attentive and extremely helpful to guests.
10/10
The hotel felt modern, and the amenities and general vibe were great. The lounge was cozy too. As an American, I found the bed soft enough while still a little firm. The whole staff was hospitable, especially Ha, who helped us a lot with our booking and reservation.
