The housekeeping staff were impressively professional, but the rest of this stay left us feeling unsafe and worn out. Security guards opened our room while we were still inside. There was no apology that night, which was unacceptable for a mistake like that. We asked to speak with the manager then, but a male staff member gave what felt like an insincere apology instead. When we asked again at 9:00 AM the next day, nobody responded, and we were only told to contact the application directly. The hotel took no responsibility, and we kept worrying that someone might open the door again. We couldn’t sleep properly, and it’s possible the door was opened while we were asleep. Noise was another problem. The hotel isn’t soundproof, so we woke up to children running and screaming, loud conversations, and doors slamming. Reception staff didn’t greet guests and shouted to each other loudly.

A peaceful mountain view and the cool morning breeze through the door made the room especially relaxing. It was clean and tidy, with a large bed and a soft, comfortable mattress. There’s a stable supply of hot and cold water, an elevator, and the basic amenities you need for a stay. Getting around was easy thanks to the wide, well-kept roads, and the place was easy to find even for a first-time visitor. Bai Dai Beach is just a few minutes away, while Cam Ranh Airport is also quite close, which suited a short getaway or an early flight. The open sandy beach and fresh air were lovely. A comfortable, spacious place in a convenient location.
