TTC Van Phong Bay Resort

The sea is clear and beautiful, and the hotel itself is new and modern, with very clean rooms and well-designed facilities. Still, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel advertised as five-star. Check-in was careless from the start. There was no welcome drink or explanation of the resort facilities, and the room they took us to hadn’t been cleaned. They rushed to prepare another room while we were left waiting in the lobby without drinks or proper help. The restaurant was even worse. We ordered a pizza and French fries for lunch, but they took an hour and a half to arrive, and both were cold. The resort’s operations are extremely poorly managed. It’s disappointing, given how beautiful the sea is and how new and well designed the facilities are.

A huge thanks to A Thái for being so attentive and providing fantastic service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make everything feel right. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, though they could be more proactive about approaching guests and offering help. F&B service was pleasant too, but tables could be cleaned sooner and items refilled more promptly. A wonderful stay thanks to A Thái and the warm hospitality at Dốc Lết.

The beach was really nice and clean, and the location was great. Our room was nice and the service was good. I chose the option that included dinner, and we had a very good meal with lots of food, as shown in the picture. Huy was lovely and took good care of us. I’m satisfied with this place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this resort. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The food tasted better when we ordered it fresh. Highly recommend it for a getaway!
