The location is good, but the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable.

I haven’t stayed yet, but here’s my one-star review :). I booked through Agoda and had everything confirmed, then arrived to be told there were no rooms, even though it was winter. It was cold and raining, my clothes were soaked, and I had to walk more than ten kilometers to check in. They then tried to move me to another room that looked like a motel and cost more. The app showed 400k, but they charged 470k. They said they’d cancel it and called me a bad guy :). It really does feel like they turn a room booking into a fake motel situation :))) At first I tried to stay calm and figured service work has its ups and downs. But the next day they texted me, “Did you book a room today or did you have a room?” :) If you’re running a place, please pay more attention. What if someone has come from far away?

I really liked the room. It was clean, and the view was beautiful.
