The room itself was fine, and I booked it for one night because it was near my hotel while I was traveling with companions. But when we arrived at check-in time, there were no towels or water, so we had to keep climbing the stairs to get them. They put us on a high floor with no elevator, which seems unnecessary. I don't consider that good service. It would be better to keep the basic amenities properly stocked.
