Silk Path Boutique Hanoi

Best place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The room was quiet, spotless, and well designed with a bit of French style, and the location was great. Service and breakfast were both 10/10. Special thanks to bellman Trong Nguyen, who was always smiling, and to the reception and restaurant staff.

I could've stayed much longer, especially since my room was incredibly affordable. The staff were the reason this place stood out: they were courteous, helpful, and ready with recommendations or a hand with anything I needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and cozy, with all the expected amenities and more. The location is hard to beat for exploring the Old Town, and the attached patisserie is a nice place for breakfast or a treat. One of my top three hotel experiences ever.

Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious food and lots of choice. The restaurant team served us with such professionalism and friendliness. Thanks especially to Ms. Hiên and the whole team for making our mornings so pleasant. Our room was spotless and welcoming, with fresh fruit and a handwritten thank-you note. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in. Special thanks to Mr. Trọng and Mr. Linh for their warm hospitality. The hotel is right in the city center, and though it's boutique in size, the service felt on par with a 5-star hotel. We highly recommend Silk Path Boutique Hotel and will introduce it to our friends.

This was one of our top ten stays ever. We can't wait to book again for next February. We had a Deluxe Double without a view for VND 7,257,600 for two people, without breakfast. The room was spotless, attractive, and practical, with thoughtful details in a high-end French style. The king bed was very comfortable, the marble-and-brass bathroom was functional, the air-con worked perfectly, and Wi-Fi was good. There was also an ethernet connection and a satellite smart TV with plenty of choices. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and addressed us by our first names as soon as we arrived. Check-in and checkout were flawless. The hotel offers buffet or a la carte breakfast, laundry, and an elevator. We used a very cost-wise laundry service just a few steps away instead. The location was perfect, right across the road from the south end of Hoan Kiem Lake. Grab to the airport was about 50 minutes. It was a 15-minute walk to the heart of the Old Quarter and many attractions, with lots of restaurants just steps away.
