The staff at Silk Path Hang Bong were friendly and really helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. I'd felt a little unsure after reading the comments, but everything went well while we were there. I do think guests should show the staff some courtesy too, and remember to say please and thank you.

My dad and I shared a twin room and had no trouble with the room size or amenities. The room had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, so professional, kind, and helpful, and the hotel sits right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I really recommend Silk Path Hotel. I can't say enough good things about the place or its staff.

It's a nice, beautifully decorated place, well maintained and hygienic. Since it's right in the heart of Hanoi, expect the city's hustle and bustle. I'd definitely stay again.

The lobby and area outside the entrance have tables and chairs where you can sit and hang out. The location is handy, with a short walk to the Train street area and a longer walk to the night market. There's plenty of food and shopping nearby. I stayed here twice while traveling in Hanoi. The first room was spacious and faced the street, but it was very loud at night and I could hear everything. On my second stay, the room was smaller, but on the top floor, with a walk-out patio, and quieter than the first. The rooms and bathrooms are okay overall.

Even the shared bathroom by reception was super clean, with wet towels for cleaning. Best bathroom in Ha Noi!
