I thought my AirPods were gone for good after I left them behind, so your message saying they’d been kept safe and their return arranged was such a lovely surprise. I really appreciate your honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Thanks for going above and beyond. People like you make travelers feel welcome and cared for, and you turned a stressful moment into a good memory. Your thoughtfulness means a lot, and I’ll remember it forever. We also really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were caring, helpful, and attentive. Their suggestions and guidance about activities helped us get the most out of our visit. We left with wonderful memories. Thank you again.

The location was a big plus, and we had a great experience during our two-night stay. The staff were very hospitable and attentive to details. We did have some room issues after checking in, but they did their best to sort them out, and the service recovery was right on point. We’re truly thankful for the stay, highly recommend the hotel, and will definitely come back.

The little pool and sky bar gave the hotel a lovely boutique feel, and our room was a good size for the price. It’s also right in Hanoi’s old quarter, which was handy. This was our first trip to Hanoi and Vietnam, and we had such a good time. Hong and her Team made us feel at home and helped make the stay feel special. Thum brightened every morning with a fresh cup of ginger tea. 😁

Kaycee made a real difference during my stay. She kept checking that I was doing all right, helped arrange a cooking class and a trip to Ninh Binh, and was so supportive. I also loved the rooftop view. The restaurant had a delicious range of food, and the reception team welcomed me so warmly that I felt comfortable right away. It was my first time in Vietnam, and I stayed at Shining Central Hotel in Hanoi. I’d booked a small room at first, then upgraded to one with a balcony. Watching the city wake up from there was lovely.

The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to look out over the city, have a cocktail, and enjoy the pool. Breakfast was fantastic too. The hotel is thoughtfully put together, and the staff were friendly and attentive to the details. The receptionists were especially efficient and kind, and everyone seemed happy to go the extra mile. We had a lovely stay. Thanks so much for everything!
