The water pressure and drainage were really poor, and the villa wasn’t as clean as I’d want, though it was clean enough. Still, it fit all of us comfortably and was better than I expected. We had our own pool, and the beach and main swimming pool were very nice. The staff were great at getting back to us quickly, and arranging a late checkout was easy.

The butler was attentive and ready to help whenever we needed something, which made us feel at home. Our three-bedroom villa had plenty of space, was well equipped, and came with a private pool that gave our family good privacy. We also enjoyed having a BBQ area for relaxed evenings together. There were plenty of activities and facilities at this five-star beachside villa near Nha Trang, especially for children. It made for a comfortable, luxurious family break, and we had a wonderful stay.

The private chef was a real highlight, and the resort felt like a great place for a wellness retreat. The pool was clean, and I was impressed by the private beach. No complaints, such a good resort.

The pool is superb, the food at the restaurant is quite good, and the staff are friendly. It’s comfortable, but honestly it doesn’t live up to all its claims, and there aren’t enough explanations about how things work. Some of the service was surprising: pool towels cost extra, restaurant hours didn’t match what we were first told, and if you were still eating after 9:30 p.m. they sent you back to your villa. Housekeeping came every other day, with a text notice an hour beforehand at 8 a.m., right when you’re trying to sleep on vacation. Nha Trang is also really far away.
