We stopped for one night on the way to the airport, and for that the location worked well. Otherwise there's not much there: a huge complex with several hotels. It was absurd to get a room where the TV didn't work, the balcony table was dirty and a light switch was broken. The staff were polite, but compared with other experiences in Vietnam, they weren't especially friendly or attentive. The pool area is great. The sea and beach, though, are nearly unusable: there are strong currents and jellyfish, and the beach is dirty with construction debris.

This is a condotel, with several hotels in one building. I booked through Booking.com, and the pool area seemed clean and was large. The view was beautiful, the sea was nearby, and the hotel provided bathrobes, slippers and two bottles of water a day. Daily cleaning was decent. The room had modern furnishings with a few minor flaws. It was relatively quiet, though planes occasionally flew overhead. The airport is close, which is convenient. There were several drawbacks. Minor requests were ignored, and no one really explained what was in the area when we arrived. There's no supermarket nearby and only three restaurants in the area. The beach had no sun loungers, and swimming was prohibited, though dipping your feet was allowed. The room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived: the sheets were stained and had hair on them. The Kids' Club was dirty and had broken areas with hardly any toys, so it needs someone to take care of it. Much of the complex is still under construction, and spa and beauty services are probably limited for now. It's okay for a very short stay at the moment. Best to order food and drinks through Grab.

🪳COCKROACHES!🪳 We're not tourists. We just needed somewhere to sleep peacefully for one night. Instead, cockroaches came out from everywhere during the night, and by 12:40 AM we were back home in Nha Trang. At the hotel, they said they weren't responsible for refunds and offered to move us to another room. We looked at it, and showed the employee a squashed cockroach on the robe in room 2. They returned the deposit, but wouldn't let us photograph the text they were typing through a translator, and refused to provide a written waiver of the refund. Misappropriation of funds.
