The pool was lovely, especially at night when the coloured lights came on, and our balcony looked out over the pool and Creek. We had a great time at vinh Trinh villa and would happily return after our two-night stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The host and her family were so welcoming, and did all they could to help us have a good stay.

For anyone heading to Hoi An, I wouldn't look elsewhere. I've managed hotels and travelled extensively around Viet Nam for years, and this is among the best places I've stayed, here or anywhere. Only one other hotel in Viet Nam comes close, and both are unbelievable. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, modern, roomy rooms and a calm atmosphere. A friendly, welcoming family runs it. There's a large pool and decking lounge, bathtubs with hot water, cable TV and WiFi, all at an amazing price.

Noisy, dirty, and badly maintained. A bad place to stay.

The owner was really helpful. There isn't a lift, and he carried some of my luggage up to the third floor. The price seemed average for the Hoi An area, and the rooms were fairly clean, nice, and spacious. But the WiFi had no internet, and the broken shower curtain meant people could see in. There was no fan, and the air conditioner didn't cool the room, which was rough in Hoi An's intense heat.
