We stayed two nights and found the hotel modern, very clean, and just as described. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and guests can use the swimming pool. It’s very close to the city center, with the main market, bars, shops, and restaurants nearby, so expect to hear music and people in the evening. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. They helped arrange local attractions, and breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 went smoothly. We found it easier and cheaper to arrange transport through the hotel: scooter hire was 100,000 VND there, compared with 150,000 VND nearby, and transport to Hanoi was 200,000 VND through the hotel, compared with an outside quote of 300,000 VND. We recommend the place.

The pool looked great, and breakfast was nice too, although the banana pancakes turned out to be waffles. We stayed in a four-person hostel room. They made our 4am check-in easy after our night bus when we messaged on WhatsApp. The bunks had curtains for privacy, plus individual lights and fans. The drawers were too short to close with some bags inside, so people left them open with bags sticking out. There were no room keys, but every bunk had a locked locker. After checkout we rented bikes for 50k and left our bags there, which worked really well. It’s a great base for biking around Tam Coc. Highly recommend!

The morning construction work across the street meant it wasn’t very quiet, but aside from that, everything was perfect. Tân, the owner, was especially kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything. The pool was lovely and clean, and our spotless room had a very comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We were even surprised to find a bathtub. Breakfast was included, tasty, and served daily from 7-10am. We hadn’t realized it was included when we checked in, so that was a nice surprise. Getting around was easy with the available rentals: electric bikes were 200,000 VND/day, motorbikes 100,000 VND/day, and bicycles 50,000 VND/day. It’s such a cozy, clean and welcoming place, and I’d stay here again.

The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly nice. I think it’s a family-owned place. They let me wait in the common area and use the bathrooms before my night bus. I rented a mountain bike there during my stay for 50k, and it worked perfectly. Fully recommend ❤️

The only letdown was that the water heater wasn’t big enough to fill the bath. Otherwise, it was a great, central place to stay, with very soft beds, a clean room, a swimming pool and a nice breakfast.
