The VIP room was spacious and beautifully designed, and it even had a roof garden. The nature theme showed up in nice little details, like stones in the coffee table and a fragrant smell in the elevator. The prices were cheap, too. The staff were incredibly helpful, even carrying some very heavy suitcases. My only suggestion would be to include bottled water for free. Given the price and condition of the hotel, though, I can hardly fault it. I'd definitely recommend it, especially a VIP room. Thanks to the staff for making our stay great. If I need a hotel in Cần Thơ again, we'll stay here.

We fled the hotel at midnight. We had booked the VIP2 room through Agoda and paid for two nights, but left in the middle of the night. At check-in, the front desk gave us a keycard and said the room was on the seventh floor. Nobody explained the facilities or breakfast, or how to contact the front desk. After check-in there was no night receptionist, only a security guard at the entrance. The room smelled as if it hadn't been occupied for a while. In the bathroom, a sliding glass door with no lock and floor-to-ceiling glass windows faced the patio. People in other buildings could clearly see us using the bathroom, and we could see their living room from our chair. A neighboring rooftop was right beside the patio, so someone could easily climb over and enter the room. It felt VERY UNSAFE. There was a painting of a lady directly above the bed. If you work in F&B and are spiritual, you know what I mean. When we checked out in the middle of the night, the security man helped us, but didn't ask about or check the room. He didn't seem surprised at all. We contacted Agoda, and a week later they still couldn't reach the hotel. Be extremely careful if you decide to stay here.

We didn't stay here, just rented bicycles. They were in reasonable condition. The gears and brakes weren't the best, but worked fine in such a flat area. The price was affordable too, 50k/day.

We got a bigger room as a free upgrade, which was a super nice gesture. The reception staff were very friendly. Tours are available, and ask for Toby as your tour guide, you won't be disappointed, I promise. We took the big tour starting at 5 am, which I couldn't recommend more. Seeing the floating markets at sunrise was incredible. The room was clean, with hot water, air conditioning, and an air purifier. A very nice place to stay!
