The staff were great, really friendly people, and the food in the restaurant was great too. The cabins are basic, so don't expect a luxury resort. The air conditioning worked fine. If walking is difficult for you, this place may not suit you, as the paths are narrow and there are some steep bridges. There's no shop, so you're reliant on the restaurant, which costs more than restaurants in the city. The bathroom is outside, and in the evening and at night the toilet was covered with insects. The shower in our cabin didn't work, and the water stayed cold no matter how long we let it run. We were there for two nights, so it wasn't a major problem for us, but it's not what I'd expect from a four-star stay. If you like Spartan-style outdoor camping, it's fine. If you want a normal indoor shower or toilet, don't go here.

Amy at the front desk made a strong impression on me. She was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She made check-in smooth and gave recommendations that really improved my stay. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the place itself was clean, well designed, and welcoming. Facilities and service both exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting, and I'll come back in the future.

Cycling along the garden paths and nearby canals was one of my favorite parts of staying at Mekong Silt Ecolodge. It’s quiet and green, with that natural Mekong Delta feel away from the busy city. My room was clean and comfortable, simply styled but cozy. The pool area was peaceful too, and the fresh morning air was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

We liked the resort enough to add a couple more nights after our first few days. Alex and Amy were especially helpful, handling every request professionally and sorting out taxis and tours. The accommodation is comfortable and surrounded by gardens and nature, with birds and other wildlife around, and fireflies at night. Free bikes made exploring the Mekong Delta easy. Everything felt well looked after, and we’d happily come back and recommend this quiet gem.

The outdoor bathroom and shower were a real highlight, and we enjoyed the tasty food and relaxed feel at Mekong Silt Ecolodge. Our room was nice and the hotel was very quiet during our two-day Mekong Delta trip. The stained bedsheets were a letdown, though. It was manageable for one night, but not what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. Still, it’s a peaceful place to stay.
