There were three of us, and we'd only just arrived when we rented a room for the night at 500k VND each. The owner took us downstairs, but less than five minutes later we had to leave, before using the room. When we asked to give it back, the owner charged each of us 20k VND and treated us badly. I hope the hotel owner sees this and reconsiders how they handled it.

The landlady was really nice, but the hotel itself was terrible.
