There are lots of shops and restaurants close by, and parking works well if you have your own bike. Just be aware the room looks much larger in the photos. Mine was basic and pretty dim, with noise late at night and early in the morning, so it wasn't great for a light sleeper. Hot water was also hard to get at some times.

The staff are friendly, and the price is low, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can put up with a lot. Water barely came out of the shower, dust had gathered in the corners, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine at night, even with the door shut. There’s no soundproofing, so downstairs singing and conversations carry right into the room. I wanted to clean the dust myself, but watching the receptionist clean made me feel there wasn't much I could do. A hostel might be a better choice.

The owner is really friendly and will help with any problems or concerns. Renting a motorbike and arranging onward travel were both easy, and hot water was available. The rooms are fairly modern but simply furnished. It's a small hotel not far from the center, and for what you get, the price is very fair. A good low-budget option.

The pho place right next door is tasty and affordable, and they have a separate Korean menu. The hotel is a little outside the center, which means you don't hear the horns even during the day. The owners aren't very comfortable speaking English, but they smile and do their best to answer questions or sort out problems with gestures. The rooms are decent for the price.
