We had a spacious connecting room for four, with a kitchen, and the lifts worked reliably. I especially liked the high-tech toilet seat, with bidet spray, automatic flush, and heat. Amory Dalat Hotel feels new, clean, and fresh. Breakfast was the weak point: barely any halal choices and no vegetarian options at all, so we skipped most of it and just got drinks. Still, it’s a great hotel and I’d stay again.

We’re a couple traveling in Da Lat and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and Ruby at reception gave us a lovely welcome and spoke excellent English. If you visit Da Lat, don’t hesitate to stay here.

I’m American and also run hotels and homestays. The guy who checked us in last night was great and spoke good English. I don’t want him to get in trouble over what happened with the water charges this morning. Last night, when he checked us in, he said water was free and everything else, like snacks, was charged. But there were two warm green bottles under the TV, and two cold Blue bottles in the fridge. In the morning, I was told the Aquafina bottles cost extra. I said sorry, that isn’t how it was explained to us. Having two different brands, one free and one paid, is confusing for guests. I’d consider removing the ones under the TV and providing only cold water, since customers will always choose it over warm water.
