The room itself was cozy, with a nice layout and plenty of space, and the staff were very friendly when I arrived. But I wasn't happy with the service or what was provided in the room. Coffee, motorbike rental, and especially laundry all cost more than usual, which made me uncomfortable. The bathroom had nowhere to hang clothes and no toilet paper. I also booked three days and they never cleaned the room. If I go back to Da Lat, I think I'll stay somewhere else.

I liked the location, especially the little streets beside the hotel near the river, which make it quicker to get around. It's a quiet area, and the room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard. I thought the water on the table was free, since drinking water isn't readily available here in Vietnam, but it wasn't. Nice little hostel.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. Having a water heater was a real comfort in Da Lat's cool weather. Highly recommended.
